Great Neck Man Busted for Screwdriver Stabbing
After an argument, Gerzon Hernandez allegedly used a screwdriver as a weapon, cops said.

Police have arrested the man who allegedly stabbed a 24-year-old with a screwdriver at Great Neck Park Monday, cops said.
According to police, the assault occurred at 9:30 p.m. inside a gazebo on the Village Green at 665 Middle Neck Rd.
Police say, the male victim was approached by a Gerzon Hernandez, 19, of Great Neck, and an argument occurred. Hernandez allegedly stabbed the victim several times, cops said.
He fled the scene westbound on Arrandale Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Hernandez has been charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree possession of a dangerous weapon. His arraignment is scheduled for Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
