Great Neck Patch Gets New Editor

, who has worked as editor of Huntington Patch since May of 2011, has been named editor of Great Neck Patch.

The appointment was announced last week by Jason Molinet, Patch's regional editor on Long Island.

Before joining Patch, Jacques worked in various roles for print publications including the Roswell Daily Record, Lubbock Avalanche-Journal and Great Neck News. He is an award-winning multiformat journalist trained in video and print production. His work has been used by the Huffington Post and Associated Press. 

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jacques holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Texas Tech University. 

Jacques replaces former Great Neck Patch Editor Lori Gross.
