Metropolitan Commercial Bank Donates Thanksgiving Meals

Metropolitan Commercial Bank recently donated ten Thanksgiving dinners for local families in need, including a turkey and all the additional fixings of the holiday dinner. The donation was made through the Rotary Club of Great Neck’s holiday program, now in its 30th year, which focuses on developing a sense of community and togetherness during the holiday season.

“Supporting the Rotary Club is one of the many ways that Metropolitan Commercial Bank gives back to the community throughout the year,” said Ralph Ventura, Metropolitan Commercial Bank Vice President and Relationship Manager. “During the holidays it is especially important to lift the spirits of those less fortunate, and all of us at the Bank are grateful to do just that.”

Following the donation, volunteers loaded trucks filled with the Thanksgiving dinners for delivery to the local recipients. Metropolitan Commercial Bank will continue in the spirit of giving back during the holiday season with its fourth annual holiday coat drive set to run through the New Year.
