- Nov. 7: Faizal Hussein, 21, of New Hyde Park, charged on S. Service Road and New Hyde Park Road in North Hills.
- Nov. 7: Luciano J. Arra, 21, of Oceanside, charged on S. Park Avenue in Rockville Centre.
- Nov. 8: Jabarjeet Singh, 25, of West Hempstead, charged on Bishop Place and Bell Street in West Hempstead.
- Nov. 8: Saul Carbajal-Torres, 37, of Mineola, charged on Stewart Avenue in East Garden City.
- Nov. 8: Gaston Cellerino, 29, of Westbury, charged on Newton Street and Post Avenue in Westbury.
- Nov. 8: Rajeev Bhalla, 39, of Farmingdale, charged on I-495 Exit 35 in North Hills.
- Nov. 8: Bobby M. Collins, 35, of Rome, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
- Nov. 8: Xu Gao, 38, of Glen Head, charged on S. Service Road and Glen Cove Road in East Hills
- Nov. 8: James J. Guinan, 32, of Oceanside, charged on Terrell Avenue in Oceanside.
- Nov. 8: Scott Pollock, 59, of Massapequa, charged at Malibu, located on Lido Boulevard in Lido Beach.
