- Oct. 24: Stacey Manning, 62, of Far Rockaway, charged on Merrick Road and Willoughby Avenue in Wantagh.
- Oct. 24: Lance Rizzo, 53, of Inwood, charged on Sheridan Boulevard and Grand Central Place in Inwood.
- Oct. 24: Jose O. Maldonado, 38, of Brentwood, charged on Merrick Avenue in Westbury.
- Oct. 24: Enjoli Vega, 35, of Levittown, charged on Old Country Road in Westbury.
- Oct. 24: Michelle R. Smith, 47, of Rockaway Park, charged on East Meadow Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
- Oct. 25: Alan Javier Diaz, 23, of Hicksville, charged on Newbridge Road and Levittown Parkway in Hicksville.
- Oct. 25: Thomas Z. Dargenio, 24, of Wantagh, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Jerusalem Avenue.
- Oct. 25: Raul Alvarado-Alas, 32, of North Babylon, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Newbridge Road in East Meadow.
- Oct. 25: Oscar D. Morales, 32, of Uniondale, charged on Post Avenue in Westbury.
- Oct. 26: Paul Diaz, 50, of Massapequa, charged on Long Beach Road and Bishop Road in North Long Beach.
- Oct. 28: Jia C. Pan, 38, of Jericho, charged on I-495 Exit 35 in North Hills.
- Oct. 28: Pedro Alvarez, 22, of New Orleans, Louisiana, charged on Sunrise Highway in West Hempstead.
