Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Sept. 24: Shach Bivas, 35, no address listed, charged on W Broadway and Pearsall Place in Woodmere.
• Sept. 26: Isabel Hernandez, 27, of Island Park, charged on Long Beach Road and W Henrietta Avenue in Oceanside.
• Sept. 26: Jose L. Ramos, 45, of Great Neck, charged on Maple Street and Bayview Avenue in Manhasset.
• Sept. 27: Demetrios Siafakas, 25, of Manhasset, charged on Shelter Rock Road and N Service Road in North Hills.
• Sept. 27: Jesuar Miguel Pena-Mejia, 29, of Jackson Heights, charged on N Franklin Street and Front Street in Hempstead.
• Sept. 27: Lionel M Phillips, 41, of Amityville, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
• Sept. 27: Madelin Roman, 40, of Huntington, charged on I-495 Exit 43 in North Hills.
• Sept. 27: Jose A. Ortega-Roca, 30, of Oxon Hill PG, charged on I-495 Exit 34 in North Hills.
• Sept. 27: Walder J. Delcid-Reyes, 23, of Hempstead, charged on Fulton Avenue and California Avenue in Hempstead.
• Sept. 27: Ryan Patrick Hewitt, 20, of Lindenhurst, charged on Fulton Street and Merritts Road in Farmingdale.
• Sept. 27: Thomas C. Cannon, 37, of Farmingdale, charged on Intervale Avenue and Lincoln Street in South Farmingdale.
