Students from Great Neck's Parkville Elementary School celebrated Earth Day on Thursday.
During the “Earth Day Birthday” celebration students’ eco-friendly creations were on display, which included games made from recycled materials.
They enjoyed an Earth Day performance with guitarist and noted children’s songwriter and performer Paul Helou.
Joining them were Parkville Principal Debbie Shalom, North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Town Clerk Wayne Wink, and Councilwoman Anna Kaplan.
