PATV Celebrates World Art Day with LIVE Programming

Friday, April 15, 2016 is World Art Day, and PATV, Channels 20 (Optimum) and 37 (Fios) will celebrate with a LIVE 4 hour programming salute to all forms of artistic expression from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern, streaming at www.patv.org/livestream.
