In addition to this prestigious honor, Polland also earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation, awarded to individuals who rank in the top 2% of the nearly 88,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Polland, who resides in Great Neck, is a perennial top achiever who is consistently among the top Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

During the past three decades, Polland has distinguished herself as a top real estate professional throughout Long Island and Queens. A consistent award-winning sales associate, she has achieved a national ranking as the No. 128 sales associate on The Wall Street Journal / REAL Trends Top 1,000 list of all real estate agents across the United States.

Prior to beginning her successful career in real estate, Polland received an MBA from Fordham University and a master’s degree in psychology from New York University. In addition to her residential real estate license, she is also a licensed Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT agent where she has sold properties throughout New York City, the five boroughs, and on Long Island. She is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Asian Real Estate Association of America.

In her spare time over the years, Polland has been heavily involved in her community and has chaired events for the Special Olympics, serves as a board member at Hadassah Medical Center, and has collected funds and supplies for the Fistula and Afya Foundations. Additionally, she has been a certified Special Olympics basketball coach for teens and adults, and has raised funds for Diabetes Research Institute and the Gift of Life. She is married to Elliot Polland and they have five children.
