Sept. 11: Soccer; Town 9/11 Service Set

1. High School Sports: Girls soccer: travels to Malverne for a 4:30 p.m. contest. Boys soccer: Sewanika plays at Great Neck North at 4:30 p.m.

2. 9/11 Memorial Service: The Town of North Hempstead will hold a memorial service at 8:30 a.m. at Clark Botanic Gardens, 193 I.U. Willets Road in Albertson. Open to all, this service is an opportunity for North Hempstead residents to reflect on the tragic events of eleven years ago.  If you have any questions, call 311 or the Office of the Town Clerk at 869-7988.
