• Greenburgh company sued to close $1.55M house deal (westfaironline.com) — A $1.55 million home sale on Medford Lane in Greenburgh has erupted into a lawsuit, with nearby residents Richard and Yael Rothman accusing local company M3M Properties of refusing to close. Filed in Westchester Supreme Court, the suit seeks to force the sale and recover at least $500,000 in damages over the disputed Central Park Avenue–area property.
