Seeking housing

Hi, I have a friend who works in Greenport and looking for a room to rent or apartment to share. He's very handy, tidy, works a ton and is rarely home, just a delight. I wish I had room here, but I have children. He's looking for literally anything, even a barn or part of one anywhere just to sleep. This is highly time sensitive and urgent.
