• Beginning with Walk to End Alzheimer's, Community Programs This Week at Peconic Landing Highlight Healthy Aging (eastendbeacon.com) — Greenport residents can join the North Fork Walk to End Alzheimer's at Peconic Landing this Saturday, with registration starting at 9 a.m. and the walk at 10 a.m. The Greenport senior community is also hosting a full slate of free Active Aging Week programs next week, from fitness classes and dance lessons to wildlife talks and lectures, all open to the public with advance registration.
