Do You Want to Live to be 100?

We have the right, and the ability to be happy. It is a matter of freewill. We are not our thoughts, but we live in the world that we think about.

“People who live to be 100 years old tend to be naturally cheerful and sociable with a positive attitude to life.” [ Longevity Genes Project] They consider laughter an important part of life and have a large social network. They express emotions openly rather than bottling them up, have lower ‘neurotic personality’ scores, and are more conscientious.

Being happy or being sad is a matter of choice. Each of us chooses our attitude. When we focus on the happy things that are going on in our lives, we maintain a joyful frame of mind, we love life and want to go on living.
