I saw him. I saw the 26-year old Levin smoking a cigarette last month on television during the PGA Tour’s Mayakoba Golf Classic at Riviera Maya-Cancun. Levin was the winner of the inaugural Mayakoba Golf Classic as a tour rookie in 2009.
