Five New Businesses Come to Melville

Five new businesses are calling Melville home, including a Chinese video entertainment company.

T. Weiss Realty Corp., which negotiated the leasing deals, said it signed 10, 250 square-feet of real estate space during the summer.

Lincoln Land Services LLC, a full-service agency providing title insurance, settlement, escrow and 1031 exchange services on transactions nationally and internationally now operates at Melville Corporate Center III, 324 S. Service Road in Melville. 

Lexel Corp., which specializes in information systems for the manufacturing and distribution industries made Broadhollow Corporate Center at 532 Broadhollow Road its home. 

Town Total Compounding Center, a specialty pharmacy affiliated with New York-based Town Total Health bought the space at 532 Broadhollow Road.

Bluewolf Group LLC, a Manhattan-based provider of computer consulting services will operate out of 324 S. Service Road and iTV.cn, a Beijing-based marketer of Chinese-language Internet video entertainment will made the offices at 324 S. Service Road its home base.
