HHH Students Earn Scholarships to Berkeley

Two local students are selected to receive academic grants to pursue college ambitions.

Two Half Hollow Hills students have been awarded academic scholarships to attend Berkeley College.

Asha Foster and Essence Henley of High School East were chosen for their high level of achievement in high school, Berkeley College President Dario Cortes said in a press release.

“It is an honor to recognize the academic accomplishments of these high school seniors by awarding them scholarships to attend Berkeley College,” said Cortes. “As a college that values diversity, fosters academic growth and recognizes the potential of each student, Berkeley College looks forward to welcoming these scholarship recipients to our campuses in the coming year.”
