Where/When:  at Five Towns College, 305 N Service Rd, Dix Hills; Saturday 7:30 p.m.

Why Go?: To hear Italian singer and songwriter Giada Valenti, who performs regularly at Feinstein's at the Regency cabaret room in NYC, bring her sophisticated music and European style with hits of the 60's, 70's and 80's.

Where/When: Deer Park Gold's Gym, 41 Mercedes Way, Edgewood; Saturday 2 p.m.

Why Go?: Come down to help support the HHH High School East Football Program in their 1st annual lift-a-thon hosted by Gold's Gym. Players will be performing 3 core exercises for strength: bench, squat and deadlift and all funds will support the HHH East football program.

Pricing: Free; Donations can be made to the Half Hollow Hills East Football Booster Club.

Where/When: Tanger Outlets at the Arches, 152 the Arches Cir, Deer Park; Saturday 6-8 p.m.

Why Go?: To see the pop group and teen sensation, 'Hey Monday', as they perform at Tanger before embarking on their world tour. This free concert is sponsored by radio stations 102.7 and 92.3.

Where/When:  , 2 Prime Avenue, Huntington; Saturday and Sunday 8:30 p.m.

Why Go?: Saturday night, come enjoy the music of the Long Island Philharmonic directed by David Stewart Wiley and on Sunday night, enjoy the explosive sounds of the 12 piece New Orleans party music band as they close out the Heckscher Park free summer concert series for this season.

Pricing: Free; Bring your own blanket or seating.

Where/When:  , 250 Old Country Rd, Melville; Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Why Go?: Come take free photos with The Amazing Spider-Man and Captain America with your paid admission to the animal farm and petting zoo. Your admission also includes the use of all playgrounds, sandbox and picnic areas, the Singin' Chicken Show, the Animal Band Jamboree Show, unlimited use of the bouncer playgrounds as well as the new bird aviary.
