Melville Company Worked Live Coverage of Queen's Diamond Jubilee

Melville-based graphics company Chyron was put to the royal test over the last week.

The business was the exclusive graphics company used by leading broadcasters of England’s Diamond Jubilee, honoring Queen Elizabeth II for her 60 years as the Head of State of the UK and 15 other Commonwealth realms, reported Long Island Business News.

The broadcasters included including BBC, ESPN, RTÉ, ITV, Sky Italia and Channel 4.

Chyron’s role was to provide the on-screen graphics identifying key places and people filmed live during the many ceremonies to MOOV, a U.K. company that works with BBC’s channels, the report said.
