Yoga for Children and Teens with Special Needs
Yoga One Time Event with Certified Child, Adult and Special Needs Yoga Instructor - Danielle Rae Bonfanti.
The Friendship Circle Yoga club welcomes all children and teens with special needs to attend a one time YOGA event! Danielle will teach a 45 minute class consisting of breathing techniques, visualizations, yoga postures, partner poses, games, and relaxation. Through FUN and MOVEMENT children will learn skills to aid in daily life. Siblings are WELCOME to attend! This event OPEN to all children and teens with special abilities!
