2023 Black History Program Honors Obe and Rangel

Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host his annual Black History Month program on Wednesday, February 15th at 8:30 a.m. at the Forum at Columbia University located at 601 West 125th Street New York, NY 10027.

During the event, Rep. Espaillat will honor Harlem luminaries and recognize African American leaders from New York’s 13th congressional district for their commitment and dedication to the community.

2023 Honorees: NYPD Assistant Chief Olufunmilola Obe and former Congressman Charles B. Rangel will be honored during the event.

WHEN: Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. (doors open at 8:00 a.m.)
