Mother, 4-Year-Old Son Found Dead in Harlem Apartment: Police
A 36-year-old woman and 4-year-old boy were found dead in an apartment building on West 153rd Street near Riverside Drive.

HARLEM, NY — A mother and her young son were found dead Monday a Harlem apartment building, police told Patch.
Officers arrived at the building on West 153rd Street between Broadway and Riverside Drive around 8:15 a.m. to find Felicia Barahona, 36, unconscious and unresponsive in the living room and her son Miguel Barahona, 4, face down and unresponsive in the bathtub, police told Patch. EMS pronounced both dead at the scene, police said.
Barahona was found with an electrical cord wrapped around her neck, police told Patch.

The Medical Examiner's officer will conduct an investigation to determine the cause of death for both the woman and the boy, police told Patch.
