A true jazz aficionado and multi-instrumentalist, Lee Odom brings virtuosic passion to the clarinet, trumpet, saxophone, and oboe. Known as "Sweet" Lee, she blends jazz, gospel, and free improvisation with a searching grace that stops you cold. A North Carolina native who made Harlem her home, she was mentored by world-renowned clarinetist Don Byron, performed with the David Murray Octet, and built her Sweet Lee Quartet through a beloved residency at Paris Blues.
