Cyclist Critically Injured After Colliding with Cab in East Harlem
The cyclist and cab collided in the intersection of East 115th Street and Park Avenue.

EAST HARLEM, NY — A cyclist was critically injured when he collided with a green livery cab Monday night in East Harlem.
The cyclist, a man in his 20s, was heading west on East 115th street and the cab was heading south on Park Avenue when the two collided in the intersection, police told Patch. The cyclist was traveling the wrong way down a one-way street, police said. It is unknown if the cab driver was breaking any traffic laws, police said.
The cyclist was transported to Mount Sinai St. Luke's hospital in critical condition, police said.

As of Tuesday afternoon police are still investigating the crash, but there appears to be no sign of criminality, police said. The cab driver stayed on the scene of the crash and no arrests have been made, police told Patch.
