East Harlem Man Arrested, Charged In Fatal July Shooting: NYPD

EAST HARLEM, NY — Police have arrested and charged an East Harlem man in connection with the July shooting death of 55-year-old Antonio Felder, according to authorities.

Eric Nunez, 43, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon after police arrested him shortly before 1 a.m. Monday, according to NYPD.

Nunez's arrest came more than four months after Felder was found shot near East 116 Street and Lexington Avenue, authorities said.

According to police, Felder was shot shortly before 11:30 p.m. on July 22. Authorities said he suffered gunshot wounds to the torso and leg.

Felder was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
