East River Plaza Hosts First Ever Fall Festival

Blumenfeld Development Group’s East Harlem property, East River Plaza, has been a cornerstone of the neighborhood since its opening in 2009, hosting a variety of community events throughout the year, including its first ever Fall Festival, which featured face painting for families, music, arts, autumn crafts, and more.

Getting in the Fall spirit! Hosting a broad range of community events, from concerts to artisan markets for more than a decade, East River Plaza’s first ever Fall Festival celebrated the season with local families partaking in pumpkin painting, balloon art, face painting, seasonal arts and crafts, and more. The festival’s success continues to underscore the role of East River Plaza as a vibrant cornerstone of East Harlem.
