Families Sue Harlem School Aide For Injuring Kids, Report Says
Three mothers claim the school aide, who has since been fired, physically harmed their sons.

HARLEM, NY — Three families plan to sue a fired Harlem school aide, the nonprofit organization that employed him and the city for the aide's abusive actions that injured their children, according to reports.
Three mothers of children attending PS 194 Countee Cullen School on West 144th Street claim that 29-year-old Kaseem Gordon physically harmed their children, the Daily News first reported. Gordon has since been fired from his job, according to the report.
Bernadette Torres was the first mother to announced a lawsuit against the former school aide after claiming he dragged her 4-year-old son, the Daily News reported. After Torres made her claims, two more mothers approached attorney Tahanie Aboushi to report Gordon's abusive behavior.

PS 194 PTA President Sharon Kemp claims that Gordon dragged her 8-year-old son and grabbed him by the throat and PS 194 mom Sharon Faust claims that the former school aide cursed and assaulted her son, a third grader at the school, the Daily News reported.
Kemp told the News that police didn't take action when she reported Gordon's behavior.

"It was horrible, heartbreaking," Kemp told the Daily News. "The police come and nothing happens. He needs to be arrested."
