HARLEM, NY – FDNY crews battled an early-morning fire Thursday that quickly went to two alarms.

Just before 7 a.m. Thursday, fire crews responded to 250 W 106th Street for reports of a fire. The address is the location of neighborhood gym BodyStrength Fitness.

According to an FDNY spokesman, the fire went to a second alarm at 7:08 a.m.

About 106 crew members responded to the scene.

The fire was reported under control around 7:45 a.m.
