Man Runs Onto Harlem Highway, Stuck By Hit-And-Run Driver: NYPD
A man is in critical condition after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver on the Henry Hudson Parkway, the NYPD said Monday.
HARLEM, NY — A man is in critical condition after he ran onto a Harlem highway and was struck by a hit-and-run driver, police said Monday morning.
The 23-year-old ran into the southbound lane of the Henry Hudson Parkway at West 153rd Street about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, police said.
The driver fled the scene in a vehicle not specified in a press notice released Monday, police said.

The 23-year-old was rushed to Harlem Hospital in critical condition and NYPD's Collision Investigation Squad continues to investigate, said police.
The NYPD did not give a reason for why the man might have run onto the highway.
