Man Found Fatally Stabbed: Police
Police discovered the man's body on a street near the border of Harlem and Washington Heights.

HARLEM, NY — The NYPD is investigating a fatal stabbing that took place in Harlem near the southern end of Washington Heights, police told Patch.
The body of a man was found in front of a building on West 142 Street and Frederick Douglas Boulevard around 7:45 p.m. Thursday night, police said. The man was unconscious, unresponsive and suffering from a stab wound to the left side of his torso, police told Patch.
EMS responders transported the man to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The man's identity has not been made public and the NYPD is still investigating the circumstances surrounding his death, police said. No arrests have been made, police told Patch.
