Man Scrawled "Anti-White" Graffiti on Harlem Building: Police

Police are searching for a man who wrote a vulgar statement about white people on a West 123rd Street building.

HARLEM, NY — Police are searching for a man who vandalized a Harlem building in December with "anti-white" graffiti.

The man was spotted writing "all white people suck d*ck" in black marker on a planter in front of a residential building on West 123rd Street, police told Patch. Police did not confirm the building's address or cross streets, but only that it is in the vicinity of the 28 precinct — which spans from Frederick Douglass Boulevard to Marcus Garvey Park. The accused vandal tagged the building on December 28, around 2:23 in the afternoon, police said.

Police released footage of the vandalism captured by a security camera on the building. The footage shows a man dressed in all black with a bag slung over his shoulder approach the building, write the graffiti and continue down the block.
