Morningside Heights Woman, 46, Reported Missing: Police

MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS, NY — Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing Morningside Heights woman who was last seen almost one week ago in her apartment building.

Jill Fidelman, 46, hasn't been seen since Thursday, March 9, police told Patch. She was last seen in her apartment building on La Salle Street between Claremont Avenue and Broadway, police said.

Fidelman (pictured above) stands 4-foot-11 and weighs about 120 pounds, police told Patch. She has a medium build, light complexion, brown eyes and black hair, police said. She is believed to be wearing a black winter coat, police told Patch.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or 1-888-57-PISTA (74782) for Spanish. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577. All tips are confidential.
