Founder Background
The Chamber was founded by Phil Andrews, a nationally respected leader in economic development, entrepreneurship, and minority business advocacy with a decades-long track record of building impactful institutions.
Brooklyn native, Andrews has dedicated his career to creating sustainable pathways for underserved communities to access capital, business opportunities, and professional networks. His leadership is defined by a results-driven approach that bridges the gap between minority entrepreneurs and the public and private sectors.
His work has supported thousands of small businesses across New York State, helping them secure funding, certifications, and corporate and government contracts.
