HARLEM, NY — A month after a Harlem man was shot and killed inside of a neighborhood NYCHA complex, a Philadelphia resident has been arrested and charged with murder, police said.

Zaire Allen, 19, was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder, robbery, and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

The arrest stems from a shooting on March 26, when police found Harlem resident Alonza Georgia, 24, with a gun shot wound to his chest inside of a building near West 131st Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, police said.
