I have a complaint with the OMH but no help there.I don't have a complaint with the with DA for harassment. So does my neighbor on the 5th floor. Went friend anxiety to PTSD in less than a month. I'm not ashamed but this has got to stop. At least I can get a service animal. Horrible what is going on.
