NEW YORK, N.Y. – Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host his annual State of the District address Sunday, January 29th at The Forum located at Columbia University, 601 W 125th Street, New York, NY.
During the in-person event, Rep. Espaillat will highlight his legislative accomplishments for New York's 13th congressional district and present an overview of his legislative priorities during the 2023 calendar year and start of the 118th Congress.
