Scissor-Wielding Subway Bandit Sticks Up Man in Harlem Station
Police are searching for a man who reportedly used a pair of scissors to rob someone in a Harlem subway station.
HARLEM, NY — Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who used a pair of scissors to rob someone in a Harlem subway station Monday night.
The man (pictured above) reportedly robbed a 63 year-old man on an A train approaching the 145 Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue station, police said. The robber got away with the man's wallet which contained bank card, a credit card, and $60 in cash, police said.
Police described the man as 6-foot tall, approximately 200 pounds and black.

Anyone who can identify the man should call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), police said.
