UPDATE: Missing Harlem Woman Found

Update: Missing Harlem 67-year-old Noeler Riley has been found safe, police told Patch. A silver alert was issued for Riley after she was last seen Tuesday morning at her apartment building on East 128th Street near Madison Avenue.

HARLEM, NY — Police have issued a silver alert for an elderly Harlem woman reported missing on Tuesday. Noeler Riley, 67, was last seen inside of her apartment building on East 128th Street near Madison Avenue around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, police told Patch.

Police described Riley (pictured above) as standing 5-foot-6 and weighing around 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a red coat, a red sweater and black jeans when she went missing, police said.
