Two Men Rob Harlem Cellphone Store at Knifepoint: Police
Two men entered the Metro PCS on St. Nicholas Avenue and 145th Street
HARLEM, NY — Police are trying to identify two men who held up a Metro PCS store in Harlem Saturday night.
The men entered the store, located near the corner of St. Nicholas Avenue and West 145th Street, around 7:05 p.m. Saturday, police told Patch. Once inside the store, one of the men started talking to the cashier before pulling out a knife and demanding money from the register, police said. The other alleged robbed acted as a lookout as the man with the knife grabbed an undetermined amount of cash from the register, police said.
Both men, described as being in their late teens or early 20s, fled the store together in an unknown direction, police told Patch.
