Victim ID'd In Harlem Homicide As NYPD Seek Suspect
The 36-year-old man was pronounced dead at a local hospital following the attack.
HARLEM, NY — Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Harlem as they continue to search for the suspect, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the victim in the shooting is 36-year-old Santiago Rafael Garcia De Jesus.
Garcia De Jesus, who is from Yonkers, was shot in front of 111 West 110th St., near the corner of Malcolm X Boulevard, on March 31 at 10:22 p.m. When police arrived, they found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds in his torso.

He was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead, police said.
Police said no arrests were made yet, and the investigation is underway.
