Young Harlem Girl Missing Since Thursday Found: NYPD
Essence Perry, 10, was last seen around 8 p.m. leaving her apartment on Second Avenue near East 122nd Street and was found safe on Friday.
HARLEM, NY — A 10-year-old Harlem girl has gone missing, police said.
Essence Perry was last seen on Thursday at around 8:15 p.m. leaving her Second Avenue home between East 121st and 122nd streets, according to officials.
She is about five foot two inches tall and weighing around 100 pounds with box braids adorned with multi-colored beads, police said.

When she was last seen, Perry was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and beige Yeezy slippers.
Update: Police said Perry was found safely on Friday
