Professor Howard discusses the ways in which sexual assault on college campuses is a problem that is widespread, complex, and long-standing. The first Title IX law suit on this issue was filed more than two decades ago, yet not much has changed.
The objective of the lecture and panel discussion is to advocate for policies and approaches that have been successful in combating the problem rather than simply talking about it and lamenting its existence.
