Harrison Town Justice Accused of Driving Drunk after NYC Party

He allegedly tried to use his position to get out of the charge.

A Harrison town justice accused of crashing his Jaguar into another car after a Manhattan Christmas party and then begging the victim and cops to let him “take care of it” faces a DWI charge and a DA with attitude.

The district attorney’s office office recommended a plea deal of 15 days behind bars, a $2,000 fine, a DWI program and a one-year license suspension, according to the New York Post.

According to an unscientific poll on JDJournal.com, two-thirds of responders didn’t think Marc J. Lust would end up with that deal.
