HHS Art Students Showcase Works at Osilas and Pace University Galleries

HHS Sophomore Ryann Fitzgerald Wins Certificate of Excellence

Harrison High School sophomore Ryann Fitzgerald received a Certificate of Excellence for her digital photography work at the 2015 stArt Exhibit. Fitzgerald, along with junior Sakura Tateiwa in Ceramics II and senior IB Visual Arts student Margarita Juarez, were selected to participate in the annual Regional High School Art Exhibition held at the Osilas Gallery located on the campus of Concordia College in Bronxville this past month. Students were afforded the extraordinary opportunity to showcase their work in a professional gallery setting.

HHS IB Visual Arts students will also have the unique opportunity to present their works at the Pace High School Invitational: Small Works Exhibition 2015. Kelly Brabant, Katelyn Daher, Heeyeon Kim, Angie Martinetti, and Keysi Romero will be showcasing their work from their IB Visual Arts Year 1 studies at the Pace Choate House Art Gallery from February 9th through March 26th in Pleasantville.

An Artists’ Reception will be held Wednesday, February 11th from 4:00-8:00pm.
