• One Webb Ave Completes Construction In Harrison, Westchester County (newyorkyimby.com) — A new five-story apartment building at 1 Webb Avenue in Harrison is now complete, adding 200 rental units with modern amenities and some income-restricted apartments. Residents will also gain public access to five acres of preserved open space, including walking trails, a dog park, and a community garden run by a West Harrison nonprofit.

• Early Voting Begins October 24 - Here's Where to Vote (scarsdale10583.com) — Harrison voters can cast early ballots for the November 3 general election at St. Gregory the Great Church on Halstead Avenue, one of Westchester's 25 early voting sites. Early voting runs from October 24 through November 1, with varying daily hours, and any registered county voter may use whichever location is most convenient.
