• Know When To Walk Away: Poker Shooting, Gas Station Holdups Land Mastic Man Lengthy Prison Term (dailyvoice.com) — A man has been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison after a 2023 overnight robbery spree that included holding up a Hauppauge gas station at gunpoint. Prosecutors say he hit four stations from Ronkonkoma to Massapequa, then months later robbed a Sayville poker game where a player was shot, leading to multiple felony convictions.
