It's a rough go on the Long Island Expressway in Suffolk County Friday morning.
Two crashes were causing delays in both directions in Islandia between exits 56 and 67. A crash on the eastbound side around 5:30 a.m. involved an overturned vehicle and shut down two lanes for more than two hours. All lanes are now open.
Another crash occurred a few minutes after the first on the westbound side of the expressway in the same area.
