THE CUPID SHUFFLE DANCE WAY TO LEARN!

HAUPPAUGE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS LEARN SPANISH THROUGH SONG AND DANCE

Sixth-grade students in Carina Riat-Ventola’s class are learning Spanish through the clever use of song and dance. “I use it to try to get all of the students participating and learning in a more fun, creative and enjoyable way!” she stated.

Two of the students took this learning tool to the next level by creating their own song to the “Cupid Shuffle Dance” to help them remember the Spanish body parts lesson. “They eagerly volunteered to perform and teach their song and dance to the entire class. They were really into it and enjoyed sharing this lesson with us,” exclaimed Riat-Ventola.
