EVERY GREAT DREAM BEGINS WITH A DREAMER

HAUPPAUGE STUDENTS SHARE THEIR LOVE OF LITERACY IN ANNUAL WRITING CONTEST

Hauppauge is pleased to announce the students who were recognized for their contributions in 4th Annual Writing Contest, which is a collaborative initiative of The Friends of the Hauppauge Public Library and the School District. The theme of this year’s contest, for students in grades 1-8, was: “Every great dream begins with a dreamer.”

“It is so exciting to see our students sharing their love of literacy by taking the time on their own to share their writing for our 4th Annual Writing Contest,” described Dr. Christopher J. Michael, director of English Language Arts/Hauppauge Public Schools. “Our students created exemplary pieces of writing that showed great skill and creative style in getting across to their audience how every dream starts with a dreamer,”

Congratulations to the 4th Annual Writing Contest contributors:
