HAUPPAUGE WELCOMES NEW STEM TEACHER

Hauppauge School District is pleased to welcome Brian Ferrara as a new STEM (Robotics) teacher. He will teach Exploratory Mathematics with Robotics and Computers to 7th and 8th grade students at Hauppauge Middle School.

Ferrara previously served at a math teacher at Lynbrook Public Schools in addition to holding several permanent substitute teaching positions as well as positons in the legal field. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University, a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and Adolescent Education, Grades 7-12, Mathematics; content and pedagogical coursework, the State University of New York/Old Westbury.

Ferrara is a resident of Mineola, New York.
